Art therapy

Art therapy is an evidence-based creative therapy in which visual means of expression — drawing, painting, collage, clay and other materials — are used to reach therapeutic goals. Creative activity helps express what is difficult to put into words and opens new perspectives on oneself and one's experiences.

No previous art skills or talent are required. What matters is not the artistic value of the finished work but the process of making and what it means for the client.
